Cash payments will be discontinued for certain transactions
Starting from April 1, 2026, cash payments will be discontinued for certain transactions. Payments will now mainly be made through bank cards, mobile applications, and other digital payment systems. According to the new procedure, payments for vehicle fuel, gas, and EV charging services will be made through bank cards or electronic payment systems. This will expand opportunities for fast and convenient payments.

Payments for services provided by government agencies will also be fully transferred to cashless payments. This process is aimed at reducing corruption, increasing transparency, and creating greater convenience for citizens.
